Cookie Policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026
This Cookie Policy describes how ReputeMaker uses cookies and similar technologies on the website. For broader data practices see our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. They help the site remember preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the site is used.
2. Types we use
Strictly necessary: required for security, load balancing, language preference (for example rm_locale) and session access to the client cabinet or admin area. These cannot be switched off if you use those features.
Analytics (when enabled): help us understand traffic and page performance (for example aggregated visit statistics). They are used only with consent where required by law.
We do not use advertising cookies to build third-party marketing profiles on this site.
3. Language and session
The language switcher stores your chosen locale in a cookie so the site opens in that language next time. Login sessions use secure cookies or equivalent storage to keep you authenticated.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break login or language persistence.
Where we show a cookie notice, you can accept optional analytics or continue with essential cookies only. You can change your mind by clearing site data or contacting us.
5. Third parties
When enabled via site configuration (and only after you accept analytics cookies), we may load tools such as Google Analytics 4, Plausible, PostHog, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and/or Vercel Analytics. Each provider may set its own cookies under its policy.
Which tools are active depends on deployment settings; unused providers are not loaded.
